Oasis Church gave us a basic idea and then let us run with it. They were really happy with the results.
PVC layered atop printed 1/2 inch Gatorboard and a thinner, printed and routed panel of Gator. Metal standoffs elevate the large disc above the base.
The addition of aluminum standoffs to the top disc really sets off this piece.
Mounting holes and bolt ports are aligned and measured one final time before installation.
Here, a test fitting in the shop ensures we don't run into any surprises once on-site.
Dimensional lettering is tested for fit and finish atop a pen plotted paper template.
Layouts are often photographed with rulers to note size and scale.
